Noemia Carreiro is a senior law clerk and has two decades of experience in personal injury litigation.
Noemia obtained her Law Clerk Diploma in 2002 at Humber College and is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Noemia is a conscientious and attentive person who is supportive of our clients' needs and consistently provides them with outstanding service. She regularly attends continuing legal education seminars and workshops to acquire and implement leading edge processes and procedures into her practice. She has extensive experience managing litigation files and supports lawyers in the conduct and resolution of matters both in and out of court, including attending mediations, trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and hearings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. She conducts investigative searches, assesses medical and liability evidence, assists in client and file management, including preparation of materials used in and outside of court, and contributes to document management issues. She has also supported counsel in multi-million dollar actions and the resolutions of same.
Noemia has assisted in matters at all levels of courts and tribunals within Ontario including the Financial Services Commission, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
